Mission Statement

The Corporation shall seek, through prudent management and financial practices, to own and manage real estate for use as a residence by the members of the Gamma Kappa Chapter of Theta Chi Fraternity, and for the Gamma Kappa Chapter to meet and conduct business, thereby advancing the fraternal experience.
